With over two decades of professional experience, Juan Lino stands at the forefront of the hair industry as a master stylist, international educator, and creative leader. Originally from Austin, Texas, and now based in Colorado Springs, Juan Lino has built an impressive career defined by technical precision, artistic innovation, and an unwavering dedication to education.
As Director of Education for two leading salons and a full-time stylist at Hairdressing Co., Juan Lino brings both hands-on expertise and mentorship to the next generation of talent. He is renowned for his engaging, fundamentals-first approach to haircutting—equipping emerging stylists with the tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Juan Lino’s foundation in hairdressing was built through rigorous training with Toni&Guy, where he developed a mastery in cutting, color, and extensions. Today, he serves as a Platinum.Key Cutting Educator for Kevin Murphy, representing the brand across the U.S. and delivering advanced education in cutting-edge techniques and product innovation. His work with Kevin Murphy connects him to a global network of top professionals and keeps him at the forefront of international trends and standards.
Juan Lino’s influence extends beyond the salon and classroom to the global fashion stage. After joining Fashion for Futures as a Stylist in 2023, he was appointed Hair Director for the brand’s international runway programs. In this role, Juan Lino leads the creative direction for all backstage hair teams, bringing editorial-quality hairstyling to life while mentoring participating stylists through real-world Fashion Week experience.
Through Portfolio Building Masterclasses, on-site education, and exclusive access to runway events in Milan, Paris, and New York, Juan Lino offers unparalleled professional development for stylists looking to elevate their careers. In 2016, she founded Fashion for Futures (FFF), an organization designed to empower students with immersive fashion programs that combine practical skills, industry insights, and global exposure. As a professor of economics at New Haven University and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in Florence, Ilyssa imparts her extensive knowledge of global markets, branding, and merchandising to aspiring professionals.

With over twenty years of experience in the hair industry, Maria Fuentes is a passionate stylist specializing in cutting and styling, with a strong focus on editorial collaborations. Maria is known for her attention to detail and open communication, ensuring that every client and creative collaboration achieves the best possible results.
