Sample Itinerary*

  • By 6:00 PM: Participants arrive in Miami and check in at the hotel.

    Evening:

    • Welcome reception and group introductions

    • Program overview: Get to know the goals and schedule of Florida Men’s Fashion Week (FMFW)

    • Distribution of welcome bags

    • Backstage orientation to prepare for the days ahead

  • Morning to Afternoon:

    • Guided tour of Miami’s fashion hubs, including the Design District and Wynwood Arts District

    • Industry Talk: “Global Menswear Trends & Media” led by a guest professional

    • Cultural exploration through architecture, design, and the influence of streetwear

    • Team planning session in preparation for FMFW roles and responsibilities

  • Full Day:

    • Participate in live backstage operations at FMFW

    • Support production, styling, designer logistics, or guest coordination

    • Lunch provided on-site

    • Evening debrief: Share insights, review roles, and begin documenting portfolio content

  • Full Day:

    • Continue hands-on work during runway shows and production

    • Attend press events and observe professional show execution

    • Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content for your creative portfolio

    • Portfolio-building session and final group reflection on the week’s experiences

    Afternoon:
